2. Purposes
Data provided by the user may be processed to handle enquiries and requests, prepare quotes, manage pre-contractual or contractual measures, maintain the business relationship, comply with legal obligations and, where consent has been given, send commercial information related to Artbrokers services.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis will depend on each processing activity: consent, performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, compliance with legal obligations and legitimate interests where applicable.
